Refund Policy

FOR CUSTOM ITEMS AND MADE TO ORDER

Returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Alteration requests.


We do not accept requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests.

Damaged, delayed, lost, stolen

If an item breaks in shipment we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to the shipping provider online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase.

When submitting an insurance claim you MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance may also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal. Any damage must be reported toour shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.

For delayed, lost or stolen items please refer to the shipping company for a resolution. We are not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen; all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

Returned to sender/seller

If a customer’s order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

Other non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Incorrect Item Received

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the issue is not reported to us within 48 hours of delivery no return or replacement will be possible.

Refunds

If an item is accepted for return and refund we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected it, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, following the above stipulations and procedures, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD & FOR ITEMS NOT MADE TO ORDER

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. As above custom, made to order, sale items, gift cards and other non-returnable items are exempt from the cooling off period.

For items not made to order we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
